About AIVON
AIVON, an open network for videos supported by artificial intelligence and human experts, today announced the launch of decentralized video search engines and open source API protocols that can be used by companies or anyone for search, discovery and accessibility of better video content through metadata . .

Today, video content is everywhere but very fragmented with non-standard methods for metadata, making it difficult to find video content accurately throughout the web. And while AI has begun to help mark and classify video content on a large scale, the process still requires human intelligence for accuracy and correction.

AIVON is the first blockchain-based platform that combines AI and human expertise to incentivize and standardize accurate metadata, which gives up to ten times more information per scene.

"Although more than 1 billion hours of video are viewed on YouTube and other online video sites every day, accurate video metadata and standards such as time codes, categories, and transcripts are almost non-existent," said AIVON Founder and CEO Rex Wong. "This is largely due to a lack of computing resources, which is largely centered in the hands of several technology giants - like AI, which require significant infrastructure including Computing Processing Units (CPUs) and Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). AIVON handles this challenge with a network of mining nodes that provide computing resources. "

The AIVON network will be given incentives to analyze video content and generate metadata that is enhanced through the AIVON token itself, after which data will be forwarded to human experts for quality control. Aiva ecosystem tokens can be used by end users, freelancers, content providers, service providers, advertisers, AI providers, etc., powering up to fifteen key features for decentralized applications on the AIVON platform. This includes better searches, monetization with AI-driven contextual advertising technology, rights management, content creation, brand security, digital and forensic fingerprinting, tagging and indexing, ad search, matching content and engine recommendations, analytics, and more.

The main feature of the AIVON platform is ContentGraph, a tool that uses AI to determine confidence scores for content security attributes including adult content and hate speech. This confidence score will be combined into a vector called ContentGraph, which can be used by content distributors, manufacturers and advertisers to ensure brand security. ContentGraph allows programmed content and context adjustments, for optimal ad placement, which is very useful for advertisers because of brand security issues. Other features such as interactive players will use AIVON metadata to identify and place product placements into content or connect faces and objects to product and e-commerce opportunities.

"We don't just see AIVON as a viable solution to old problems in advertising, video search, and distribution for media companies," Wong said. "But we also see long-term opportunities for anyone to benefit from open video search with far better metadata."

The solution to this problem will be the AIVON protocol, which includes:

1. Artificial intelligence.
A special AI algorithm will be used at the production site, so that the processor and graphics processor resources can be used to scan media files, resulting in advanced metadata, including time stamps, classifications, categories, transcripts and translations, and video object indexes.

2. ContentGraph.
The AIVON platform will use AI to determine trust scores for each of the several content security attributes, such as nudity, adult, abusive language, hate speech, violence, weapons, alcohol, etc. This confidence score will be combined into a vector called ContentGraphTM which can be visualized as a histogram.

3. Human Experts.

AIVON uses a network of freelancers with tag management skills, metadata management, transcription and translation. AIVON will provide the public with tools to enable individuals to see, verify and adjust metadata obtained from AI, including categorization, transcription and translation.

ROADMAP

AIVON was launched by Rex Wong, a technology veteran who is the Co-Founder and CEO of DAVE.TV, an IPTV pioneer and founding investor in Applied Semantics. In 2003, Google acquired Applied Semantics and used the technology as a basis for AdSense. Wong also founded iVideoSmart, which will be one of the first video content platforms to integrate AIVON. iVideoSmart currently reaches more than 500 million users that can be addressed globally, and empowers media and mobile operators such as GMA, MCIL, CTiTV, Vewd, VLC, Hungama, Axiata throughout Asia.
